Wild morning to you! Nothing says I love you like a creamy mango smoothie with a twist of mint and other added fruit. Overreacting a bit? I am, I’ll admit, but the thing is that ever since I’ve moved, I miss mangoes like crazy. Every time I find one, I make it into a smoothie right away; Spain used to throw them in my face, creamy, sweet and tasty. Now all of these are few and far between.
Yes, I love mango. More than mango, I love mango smoothie. Mango ice cream. Anything mango, really. And you know why it is so nice to love mango? Because it’s also ridiculously tasty. It makes me happy. And it adds the creamy into any kind of smoothie. And because it’s ridiculously healthy. Fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A….you name it! Mango also lowers blood sugar levels, manages blood pressure, boosts brain and bone health. Yay for mango! In combination with nectarines they both take care of my daily vitamin A, C, and magnesium intake.
Anyway, this is an easy and quick recipe that will take no time whatsoever, but I can guarantee you that you’ll love it! The good thing about it is that this smoothie is naturally sweet, so you can forget all about adding an extra sweetener. The basics for making this smoothie include:

- two nectarines (or peaches)
- a blender
